Web poker has become world famous as of late, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, stretches back quite a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with vingt-et-un than traditional poker, in that the gamblers wager against the casino rather than the other players. The succeeding hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is little conniving or different types of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the dealer saying "No more bets." At that moment, both you and the house and of course every one of the other gamblers receive five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the dealer's first card, you must either make a call wager or accede. The call wager's value is equal to your original wager, indicating that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes instantaneously to the bank. After the bet is the face off. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, including a figure in accordance with the ante. If the casino does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the bank's hand. The house pays out chips equal to your bet and controlled odds on your call wager. These expectations are:

• Even for a pair or high card
• 2-1 for 2 pairs
• 3-1 for three of a kind
• four to one for a straight
• 5-1 for a flush
• seven to one for a full house
• 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
• fifty to one for a straight flush
• 100-1 for a royal flush
