Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the west in an awesome game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the house, unlike most other poker games that gamblers play with other players. By playing against the dealer, beginner players don't have to fret about any other, more advanced people winning their cash.

One more Pai Gow edge is the generally leisurely game pace, rookies should be able to take their time and strategize while not needing to make hasty choices.

It is also simpler to wager on for a long time with only a small amount of cash after all, to not win, each of your hands must be under each of the dealer's hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards faces showing and the dealer gets 7 cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
